Training & Workshops

I design and deliver training that focuses on what actually happens in practice.

Most problems in organisations are not caused by bad intent. People are usually trying to do the right thing, but lack the knowledge, tools, or confidence to act. My training addresses this directly — giving people practical ways to act, not just awareness.

Approach to training

Training is practical, interactive, and often experiential.

Rather than telling people what to do, we work through real situations together. Participants explore how systems create unnecessary effort, confusion, or risk — and how these can be redesigned.

The goal is not awareness alone, but capability: people leave able to act.
